Handyman for Rentals Needed

Looking for a qualified handyman for hire to assist with maintenance on multiple rental companies. Hours will start as part time as needed, with possibility of full time. We are looking for someone who has experience and can complete tasks such as:

-basic plumbing repairs

-basic electrical such as swapping out outlets and light fixtures

-basic troubleshooting with appliances, furnaces etc.

-posting notices

-unit turn arounds including installing new blinds, doors, safety systems etc.

-picking up supplies and delivering to job sites

-property maintenance such as sprinklers, gutters, debris clean up etc.

-ability to utilize an online platform to receive maintenance requests, track, and complete them

Any persons interested must possess good people skills as you will be directly dealing with Tenants at times. We also require to be 18+, have a license and provide their own vehicle, and can clear a background check. Please email if interested.
