Location: Cannadips production facility 4665 West End Rd. Arcata, CA 95521

You will have the chance to work alongside an experienced and motivated team that is working to ensure the traditional smokeless tobacco consumer can always get to the best non-tobacco, non-nicotine, full-flavored dip product—Cannadips.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As an Online Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing online orders from receipt to shipment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review online orders via our platform.

Pick items from inventory according to order specifications.

Pack orders securely and accurately, ensuring items are properly protected for shipping.

Generate shipping labels and arrange shipments with appropriate carriers.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding order status and shipping.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient order processing.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in using computers and online platforms.

Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
