Company Foreman/ Equipment operator

Local company with 30 years of service in search of a crew manager. Duties would include management of anywhere between 25-50 men, ordering and stocking there PPE's managing safety and monitoring crews for efficiency on the jobsite.

The job would also include meeting with clients and preparing estimates and proposals for jobs. the company also has a 6,500 acre cattle ranch that requires management of improvement projects and maintenance.

Services offered by the company are but not limited too: Habitat Restoration, fire fuel mitigation, Weed abatement, Erosion Control, grading and excavation, Ag Services, Hazardous cleanup and More.

Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish/English), Ability to operate tractors to some extent, must be in decent physical condition for hiking and working. Must be able to drive a truck and trailer. previous construction or contracting experience is a plus.
