Description

Starting compensation is $21 to $22 per hour.

The Quality Assurance Associate will assist with all of the following:

Return Material Authorization processing

Management of quarantine material

Authorization to Ship requests

Quality and Customer audits

Corrective Actions

Physical and documentation inspections

All other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

College degree preferred

1 to 2 years of experience in a related field

Ability to read specifications, measure product, review product, labeling, packaging, certifications, and sign off on end item acceptance, and inspect incoming product and paperwork from vendors

Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Must be able to work under pressure

Strong communication skills

Must be able to work as a team

Ability to audit physical material and all supporting documentation per customer requirements

Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
