Property Manager / Handyman

I am looking for a property manager / handy man for a property located in Rockledge. It's a warehouse complex that will need some oversight on renovations, management (such as helping tenants move in/move out), and overall maintenance of the property. Handyman skills are a must as well to fix smaller projects around the property.

This would be an on call / part time opportunity
