manufacturing manager

I need someone with experience being able work on and run small machines. This person would be a manager over 4 employee's in a small department that has machines in it. This person needs to be mechanically inclined and able to help repair or fix machines when something happens. These are small machines that run very slowly. We have a full machine shop available to help with repairs also. This is a life long job, the person that was doing it before is retiring after working 35 years for us. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Clean environment with heating and A/C. This is a well paying position if you have what it takes. This is a small company with a laid back environment.
