experienced helpers/ spray painters for cabinetry and furniture

I'm looking for an experienced helpers/painters. I have a small shop and do very high end work. We do custom cabinets, furniture, doors, windows, shutters, etc.

Must be drug and alcohol free, I'm a recovering addict and I'll know the second someone is on something and definitely can't have that around. Pay is based on experience, Will train the right person with some experience with power tools. Must have attention to detail.
