Service Bartender - Captain Parker's Pub

Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking service bartender who is responsible for mixing drinks for our dining room guests. Candidates will ideally have experience bartending and some knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine but we are willing to train. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into bartending where you will gain experience mixing drinks without the added pressure of interacting with guests, running food, and handling payment.

Duties:

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our restaurant guests

Clean and organize dining room glassware

Stock the service bar with beer, wine, juices, liquor, fresh fruit, and backup supplies

Setup, breakdown, and clean the service bar at the beginning and end of each shift

Work closely with the main bar to restock and replenish inventory

Work with our waitstaff to provide excellent service to dining room guests

Work with our bus/host team to ensure that glassware remains clean and well-stocked throughout the restaurant

Stay up to date on the current beverage list and recipes

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Additional Requirements:

18 years of age or older

Able to stand for long periods

Able to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs.

TIPs Certification (we will assist you with this if you do not already have the certification)

Pay: $16/hour + Tips

Schedule:

Off Season: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Peak Season: Full Time
