Experienced contractor for Real Estate remodels

Experienced contractor to complete Real Estate remodels.

Must have own truck, clean driving license, own tools and be able to pull a trailer.

Must have a track record (10 years) remodeling work with references and pictures.

Must be available now and able to focus 100% on our projects.

Must be able to work at least 7-8hrs per day for 5 days a week.

$25-40/hour equivalent, but will bid for actual work.

We are looking for a skilled, experienced contractor to remodel the distressed properties we purchase.

They should have at least 10 years remodeling experience and have a complete set of remodeling skills.

We are looking for someone with a can do, positive attitude to life.

Someone who is respectful, honest, hardworking and diligent, with a friendly disposition.

That has good time management and communication skills.

They need to be a team player and will work closely with the owners, property management and other contractors.

Our company manages a portfolio of rental homes in the Kalamazoo area that consists of a 140 units.

We also remodel distressed properties we purchase.

The homes are single families or small multi-families.
