Utility Crew Member

Crew members enjoy travel, working outdoors. Our crews perform specialized work and assist Foreman with utility pole inspection, treatment, and restoration.

As a crew member, you will utilize special equipment to excavate ground material around utility poles, and after the inspection is completed by the Foremen, then apply wood preservatives to the ground line area of a pole.

Typical hourly pay ranges from 22-25 dollars/hour.

Base pay starts at 19/hr. Additionally a weekly production bonus is added and based on the crews production. (Typically averaging an additional 4-6 dollars/hr). You make your own paycheck. Unlimited overtime.

1 week paid vacation every 6 months.

Hotels paid for and vehicle provided.

Travel is required. Working in NJ 7-8 days - Home 4-5 days.
