The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of professionalism, and have a passion for talent acquisition.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Global TA Leadership Team, including calendar management, domestic and global meeting coordination, global team distribution updates, expense reports and ad hoc requests

Participate in projects and process improvement efforts at the global talent acquisition center as project coordinator working in partnership with our Global Project Manager. Projects will include systems, process and program development

Run, analyze, and distribute reports, both internal and market intel on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, including preparation of data for quarterly business reviews for regions and segments

Provide administrative and event management coordination for Diversity and Early Career programs, as needed

Required Qualifications

Min of 2 years of experience in a corporate setting providing administrative support and project coordination

Proven organizational skills using project management tools

Intermediate skill level with MS Office suite
