Spa Front Desk Part Time

Body Restoration Spa, located near Rittenhouse Square, is looking for a part time Front Desk Receptionist. The candidate we hire must display a team attitude and have a warm and professional manner when:

-arriving early or on time for the shift

-answering the phones

-scheduling appointments

-handling transactions at the register

-opening or closing the spa

-greeting clients

-promoting and selling retail

-helping with spa laundry

Strong customer service skills and a background in hospitality a plus. We'd like to find someone who shows some maturity and has good decision making skills. This position will act as spa supervisor in managing the appointment book and accepting feedback from clients.

The hours we need coverage are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30am-4:30pm. We may even hire more than one part time person if needed. Please email resume.
