We're a growing company that is looking for a person that can manage all of our parts inventory at our Shoreline location as well as fill in as a service advisor from time to time. No experience required but having knowledge in the automotive business is a big plus. Depending on skillset, upwards mobility is possible.

HOURS are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

PAY range $20-27 per hour depending on abilities and experience

WEEKENDS OFF

Discounted repairs for employee vehicle and ability to buy parts at cost.

Job would include but not be limited to:

Maintaining store inventory including, ordering, stocking, receiving parts.

Keeping inventory accurate by performing systematic inventory counts

Pre-pulling parts for jobs in the shop

Monitoring and updating pricing and order quantities

Working with customers as a service advisor (checking in customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, cashier work orders, customer satisfaction follow up calls, etc.)

Skills Required

Must be extremely well organized with an attention to detail. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50lbs. Good communication skills. Makes efficient use of time. Once trained on inventory system, be able to order, receive, price, and analyze all aspects of parts inventory. Good phone and customer service skills and etiquette. Basic knowledge of automotive components and vehicles. Ability to develop good rapport with vendors. Understanding of basic parts knowledge such as profit margins, markups, returns, etc. AND Overall the most important to be a great teammate and work well with the staff around you to achieve your and the companies short and long term goals.
