Industrial Painter (Spray, brush & roll)

Responsibilities

Hours: 5x8's, Monday-Friday, 40+ hours

Painting surfaces using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers;

Removing old paint from surfaces using paint remover, scraper, wire brush, or blowtorch to prepare surfaces for painting;

Erecting scaffolding or setting up ladders safely to perform tasks above ground level;

Fills nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty plaster, or other filler;

Understanding of adhesion testing equipment to prevent paint failure;

Assist in the paint preparation which could include: sanding, washing, and drying of product;

Perform related work as assigned;
