Provides financial support and business partnering to stakeholders to ensure timely access to financial data and adherence to business processes. Analyzes business results to enhance transparency and make actionable business recommendations. Performs financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting activities. Monitors key performance indicators and business performance. Creates regular reports to management. Supports Business Unit Profit and Loss and Free Cash Flow during monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting cycles. Performs financial analysis regarding trends, financial structure, asset, cash and liabilities. Identifies opportunities for cost reductions and efficiencies and works to initiate and track the efforts. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and/or automation. Builds strong relationships within finance and other corporate functions. Works with senior level company executives and CFO on strategic planning initiatives and special projects. Ensures the reporting of accurate information for management. Handles special projects and requests including ad-hoc analysis, drivers of operating expenses, and BU CFO presentations. Ensures clean books and records in addition to following recent accounting standards and financial reporting guidelines. Enables financials tool usage. Adheres to existing audit and control policies and practices. Complies with laws and regulations in one's own area of responsibility.
