Description Robert Half is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant with 7+ years of experience in Fremont, CA. This is a temp to hire position for the right fit! Don't hesitate to apply!'Duties:

Strategically manage the CEO calendar, keeping in mind the global nature of the

schedules CEO travel (hotel, conference, air, ground) ensuring optimized travel schedule and provides detailed itinerary and updates the CEO calendar

Ensures that meeting preparation (materials, coordination, and logistics) are completed and presented in a timely manner.

Interacts with Board of Directors on behalf of CEO as needed.

Performs technical and complex administrative support involving the use of independent judgement and an in-depth understanding of functions and procedures of the company

Partner daily with executive support operations to ensure prioritization aligned with the departmental and organization strategic goals

Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations

Maintains cross-departmental relationship to enable leadership success

Assists with executive onboarding

Receives, handles, and maintains accurate confidential files and data records pertaining to department, company, and executives.

Coordinates the administrative aspects of projects and events, integrating them with ongoing work routines.

Provides administrative support to special process such as, but not limited to cross-functional committees, board members and executive team.

Coordinates activities to compose executive presentations, digital content, and onternal storytelling content.

Maintains effective lines of communication, keeping the Chief of Staff and CEO informed of all critical issues

Collaborate with a variety of internal leaders and individual contributors to plan/execute communication tactics to multiple audiences

Assess, redesign, and manage key corporate processes including readiness of executive meetings, Board Meetings, and planning processes

supports and project manage the execution of strategic initiatives outlined by executive team

Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO

Research, benchmark, analyze data, and provide recommendations to streamline corporate administrative operations through systems and processes

In partnership with the Chief of Staff, maintain responsibility for the development of the Executive Support department strategic goals and objectives to ensure systemic alignment of development, program, and functional departments within organization

Provide management, leadership, and goal setting for the Executive Support Staff

Performs special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

7+ Years of experience in supporting C-level executives

Bachelors Degree is required

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Persistent, effective, and proactive professional demeanor

Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of the business for projects and meeting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven expertise in effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines to ensure consistent on-time response to stakeholder inquiries
