Description A growing healthcare non-profit organization is seeking for a talented Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for full cycle match, batch, and code for invoices and communicate with vendors on updates. The Accounts Payable Manager will manage check requests, journal entries, and review monthly invoices. The Accounts Payable Manager will communicate invoice status to accounting leadership and track productivity of staff members. Additional responsibilities are below: 2+ years’ experience of accounts payable leadership experience Manage a staff of 3 that will perform full cycle accounts payable responsibilities and manage invoicing including reaching out to vendors and recording ACH and Wire transfer invoices. Processes assigned supplier invoices, check requests, and other similar documents with the correct account codes. Support monthly accounting close processes and lease accounting and lease accounting functions such as updating lease payments schedules and review monthly invoices for payment. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and systems knowledge of Oracle and Excel is preferred.Requirements

Bachelor's degree is a plus

2 years of accounts payable lead or supervisory experience

Systems experience with Excel and Oracle are preferred.
