General Description The intern will be responsible for providing support to the Client Service Solutions Relations Group with a focus on tasks that support the team.

Primary Responsibilities Client data related projects; identify and correct errors or invalid client information. Includes scrubbing data, verification, and system updating.

Provide administrative support to the entire department by processing bulk system updates, PDF to Word / Excel conversions, mailbox management and simple audit checks of all daily cash flow and new account set-ups.

Interact with multiple departments to ensure information relating to assigned projects is compiled accordingly. Run metrics and data analysis as requested.

Assist in creating and updated team procedure documents and guides. Provide production coverage during associate absences as requested.

Job Requirements Current Junior or Senior progressing towards a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance or related field Interest in the financial services industry Competent in Microsoft Office programs, excel macro experience a plus Meticulous attention to detail and highly process oriented Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Clear communication and listening skills Ability to work independently under tight deadlines Ability to maintain organized filing systems Parametric is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a work environment that is free of discrimination and harassment.
