Project Manager/ Estimator Commercial Construction Industry

We are a 37 year old commercial construction company based in Dallas and have an immediate opening for a full time Project Manager/ Estimator in Dallas near Stemmons/Mockingbird. The position starts at $20.00 and increased after you pass a 90 day probation period. Our hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and on Friday’s from 8:30 -4. We also offer full medical/dental & vision benefits, along with paid holiday’s, vacation, sick time, overtime, along with a matching 401K Plan that we help contribute towards.

We are looking for someone with the following skill set:

Experience as an estimator is helpful, but not necessary.

AutoCAD skills useful but not necessary

Knowledge of Bluebeam or similar software helpful, but if not, we will teach you

Must be computer savvy/able to pick-up on new software quickly.

Able to concentrate on computer screen for extended hours without being micro-managed

Knowledge of blue prints is helpful, but if no experience, we will teach you

Knowledge of Commercial Construction/Estimating is helpful, but if not necessary.

If you have handyman skills to help troubleshoot issues at jobsites, this would be very helpful

A truck or reliable transportation to help at jobsites is helpful, but not necessary.
