Vacancy expired!

We are looking for a lawyer or paralegal with at least three years of legal experience to edit and/or rewrite an appeal to the 9th Circuit. You will need to have experience with legal writing and research. You should be comfortable discussing this issue from multiple angles. You need to have experience with writing procedures and formatting for Federal Courts. The issues we are raising are:

1. Do Washington courts have a right to impose a blanket vexatious litigation order against Washington defendants?

2. If the defendant paid for a jury in advance, can the prosecutor coerce the court into eliminating the jury demand in a civil abatement case?

3. Does a bona fide church with its own religion have a higher threshold of constitutional protections than a regular business?

4. Are churches afforded constitutional protections against police entrapments and conspiracies?

5. If a nuisance has been remedied, can a prosecutor pursue past nuisances that have been corrected to abate a specific institution?

6. Does a person or business enjoined by civil injunction have any right to challenge the restraint? Especially if that restraint was acquired through criminal conspiracy.

7. Do some institutions have a higher threshold for forced closure and abatement than other businesses?

If interested, please respond with your resume and any questions you have. If you are a good fit, we will respond with additional information about the case and set up an interview to review it in more detail.
