Barista/ counter help

We are a small Cafe that is growing, and we need another Barista. experience would be nice, but we are willing to train the right person. Current employees are happy with their job, and will make you welcome. Wages vary with tips, but I will guarantee at least $15.00 an hour. All employees share in the tip pool, and are currently making $17-18 an hour.
