Tutor P/T - Independent Study for 11y.o. student

One to two sessions per week, 90-minutes to two hours per session (will be determined), 9:30am - 11:00/11:30am, Thursdays to start, in my home in Arcata. I seek a creative, energetic, flexible person with a sense of humor and strong verbal skills in expression. Teaching experience a plus. My son, about to turn twelve, does mostly home study (two half days of in person school per week). He has one tutor that comes twice per week, and the job needs to be shared by two tutors. He has ADHD and needs help focusing, following through and engaging in being a student and doing schoolwork. He is bright, verbal, funny, hyper, gets "bored" (has trouble staying engaged) and agitated, and needs to develop the ability to stay engaged and contribute to his own learning and working process.
