I am a loan modification lead generator

I generate default/foreclosure/delinquent mortgage leads. If you are an independent consultants who works from home or if you run a mod shop, and you need leads, I can generate and sell you exclusive leads. Do not send me your resume, I'm not hiring. I only sell leads. You must be set up to manage leads from A to Z. So, you must have your own processor, as I only provide leads.

You should be able to do loan modifications, hard money loans or some kind of home saving programs. These are not Real Estate leads. These people want to keep their homes, not sell it. So, no Real Estate brokers/agents please.

You need LEADS, preferably 30+ per week

You work independently or you have a staff of any size, and they all need leads

You must be able to service the leads from A to Z

You must be able to service leads originated in nearly all states

(I will NOT be able to help you if you need leads in a small area or just a few states)

You or your office is located anywhere in the U.S.

You MUST be honest and have a heart to help homeowners in distress

It would be idea if you have a team already setup to take a bunch of leads.

If you have loan mod/loss mitigation experience and want to work from home, find yourself a good processor to team up with. I have quite a few consultants that buy from me now and they all work from home.
