Entry Level Industrial Engineer

Our client, a dynamic International Corporation, has an immediate need for a high achieving industrial engineer to develop, design, and plan machine and equipment layouts, and workflow/safety precautions that will maximize utilization of plant, warehouse, and office facilities. This work will ensure compliance with established industry, safety and design standards. The new engineer will also be evaluating worker production and will recommend improvements to increase manpower efficiency and operating performance, improve product quality, reduce waste and delays and promote cost control. Will also be implementing automation and improved processes and participate in Kaizen core team activities. Must have AutoCAD and possess excellent problem-solving ability and analytical skills. The qualified candidate will have a B.S. in engineering or similar degree and 0-3 years' experience. This is a highly visible, temporary position, scheduled to be a 1-year assignment or longer, 40 hours a week, days shift, on-site. Interviews will be held for qualified candidates.
