Childcare Director

Child care center Administrator and Director is responsible for setting the tone for the facility, managing the curriculum, hiring staff and managing the overall image of the Daycare. Daycare Administrators/director oversee policies and procedures for daycare centers and make sure that families and staff members are aware of these policies. They take care of issues that arise involving facility operations, parents and the day care center's staff. Ultimately, the daycare director’s primary responsibility is to run and manage the facility.
