Job consists of answering phones, filing, send email, invoice, enter daily bank transactions, deposits, reconcile accounts, basic office administration, assist with administrative duties.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Prior accounting/bookkeeping or related experience.

Strong accounting/bookkeeping, accounts payable and reconciliation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Detail oriented.

Flexibility to assume varied responsibilities and to respond to the needs of the moment.

Must speak Spanish!
