Vegan Bakery/Cafe Manager

Angeline's Bakery is looking for the perfect person to manage the details of a bustling Bakery/Cafe in the heart of downtown Sisters, Oregon.

Our dream candidate has the skills and the energy to manage the day to day ordering of product, monitoring food costs and production amounts, and orchestrating all the scheduling needs of a well curated staff. Attention to detail and fabulous customer service, in a fast paced environment, is a must. In a perfect world, our candidate has experience with vegan/gluten free baking, a passion for creative food preparation, and the ability to dream up new and interesting options for our amazing customers. Steady thoughtful leadership and the skills to help keep our bakery family happy and well adjusted is our top priority.

In addition to a competitive salary, and an hourly tip adjustment ($4.50-$5.50 hr.), Angeline's Bakery can offer a range of hours. Ideally 30-40 hours a week including at least one weekend day. We pride ourselves in working to make sure everyone can get out and enjoy their surroundings! Angeline's offer a crew raft trip in the summer and opportunities for hikes, music events, and potlucks.
