Must have the ability to promote, sell and retain jobs with professionalism and integrity.

Must have the ability to knowledgably discuss clients needs, determine the best strategy and help them with the decision to use our companies to meet their needs.

Must have the ability to estimate the work properly and utilize company resources for proper job costing to insure profitability and proper budgeting on any job.

Must have the ability to create and manage contracts for these services and may also invoice and collect payment.

Must have the ability to use basic computer applications.

This is a Contract Position

Must provide your own lap top computer as well as smart phone with high speed internet access.

Must provide your own transportation.

Most work is remote and in the field.

Must be self motivated.

Must be capable of demonstrating proficiency in setting your own schedule and work hours while maintaining a high level of productivity.

The position requires an extensive knowledge of a residential home, its construction, parts and systems. It is not likely that a person without this knowledge could succeed in this position.

The position requires a great personality and people skills.
