Hiring an IT Technician

Telecommuting will be part of this position. You must have high-speed internet and a place to conduct business while working from home.

80% Remote work from home / 20% travel to clients in the Seattle area.

We are a full-service IT consulting company that assists small to medium size businesses. We currently support clients globally with desktop support, server installation/maintenance, network infrastructure, cloud hosting/backups, web hosting/design, programming, as well as other important tasks to keep our clients up and running at optimum performance. We currently have offices in Washington State and Idaho.

We are seeking an Information Technology Technician. The ideal candidate will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot, the company's rapidly expanding infrastructure. They will work alongside other technicians to ensure highest levels of performance & ability and manage any problems that arise. You must have great client interaction abilities along with a good base knowledge of IT systems and devices.

Responsibilities include serving as an active member of the IT team providing technical services to our clientele.

This position will telecommute after your initial training has been completed (usually 1 month). Training will be both through Virtual Meetings and in office in Bothell, WA.

Vacation/Sick time begins accruing upon employment.

We offer a reimbursement package for phone, internet, and mileage costs.

Candidates will be required to sign a non-compete agreement and a non-disclosure, if hired on.

-Must be self-motivated & able to work on your own

-Candidate must have own reliable transportation at time of interview with the ability to bring something as large as a computer and monitor to a client site once hired on

-Be able to lift 50-70 pounds safely if needed

Pay is starting at $48-53k annually DOE and/or knowledge with room for advancement.
