Arizona Culinary Institute is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Housekeeper. This position plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our institute, ensuring a pleasant environment for our staff and students.

Position: Dishwasher/Housekeeping Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness throughout the institute.

Ensure the upkeep of lavatories by cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Operate mechanical dish-washing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware efficiently.

Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly.

Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive tasks.

Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
