Barista / Front of House Staff at Three Birds, Ojai

We are a coffee shop, bookstore, and cafe, that offers a delicious coffee and tea menu using Bonito Coffee and Magic Hour Tea, along with fresh juices, housemade organic food items like broths, toasts, and some baked goods. We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and open from 7am-4pm Thursday through Sunday.

We are looking for full availability for opening and closing shifts, which start as early as 6am. Experience working on a La Marzocco or similar industrial espresso machine is best for this position. So is being able to dial-in to the machine and grinders using our recipe, and steam microfoam on a variety of milks.
