Pryme Local Moving needs DRIVERS/MOVERS! Bonuses, PTO

Pryme local moving is looking for motivated hard workers to expand our company! We are hiring full time movers. Moving season is upon us once again and we are looking for Professional and Hard-Working employees who show up on time, are reliable and are looking to thrive in a physically demanding environment.

What we offer:

-PTO (Personal Time OFF accrual from your start date)Must get through 60 days of employment to cash out

-Acceleration Raise/Bonus Structure. Wage growth of 3-6% annually based on performance.

What we are NOT looking for:

-Laziness

-No shows/late employees- Our guys arrive on time ready to work. If you're excessively late and have issues with arriving to your job, you will not be scheduled for work moving forward. We want our guys off at a reasonable time, and it starts with being ON time.

Compensation:

-Certified and Experienced Drivers (insurable & licensed) Start Pay $20-$23/hr.

-Moving Helpers w/ Experience (non-driver) $18-$20/hr.

-No Experience and want to learn a new trade? We will train! $17-$18/hr. based on relevant previous experience

-Daily Cash Tips Our experienced movers have made $9,000-$12,000 per year annually on TIPS alone. $20-$200 per day in cash TIPS are possible!

Pryme is seeking individuals who want to thrive in a TEAM environment. We are seeking hard working men/women who want to work together to be greater than the sum of its parts. Attendance and being on-time is a must. If you're habitually late, you will not work. There are no exceptions for excuses. We offer TOP PAY, and only want TOP talent.

We do NOT pay cash same day, cash under the table or W-9 employees/contractor pay. We are a LEGITIMATE company, and are seeking actual employees You will have standard taxes deducted from your paychecks. NO EXCEPTIONS.
