ConstructoMax Corporation is a full-service Roofing Contractor specializing in customized versatile commercial roofing systems and roofing service projects throughout the state of Florida.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 18 years of age

Must have a valid Driver’s License

Must have knowledge and experience of the materials, tools, and machines used in the industry

Technologically capable of using a mobile device or tablet to update work orders

Ability to communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service

Willingness to learn and advance within the company

Minimum 5 years’ experience with roofing sheet metal installations (Metal Flashings, Drainage Flashings, and Roofing Panels

Ability to work in a safe and professional manner and follow OSHA and State regulations

Reliable transportation to the job is required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fabricate, Assemble, and Install Metal Roofing Products including but not limited to: gravel stops, eave drip, coping cap, line jacks, gutters/downspouts, counter flashings, scuppers, expansion joints and drainpipes.

Setting Up & Operating fabricating machines to cut and bend sheet metal

Operate soldering and welding equipment

Maintain excellent job site safety and safe working practices

Maneuver completed units into position for installation and anchoring

Install metal roof panels: secure, interlock, and fasten with all components

Perform other roofing duties as assigned by Foreman/Superintendent or management

Secure all materials and equipment throughout the day

Verify the roof is watertight at the end of every workday
