Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment.This position coordinates E-ZPass Operations for the Metro District. It oversees E-ZPass operational performance, represents MnDOT internally and externally (locally and nationally), and manages the E-ZPass customer service center contract and the State Patrol enforcement contract.This position is located at our Waters Edge office in Roseville. The incumbent will have the flexibility to work in the office or a hybrid schedule. The incumbent will be required to report onsite at least once/month but may be required to work onsite more depending on business needs. If working a hybrid schedule, the incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor.Minimum QualificationsTwo years of advanced professional experience that demonstrates:
Knowledge of freeway system operations in a large metropolitan area
Knowledge of tolling systems and/or traffic management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing contracts and/or a budget.
Experience analyzing data and using data for decision making.
