Dare Commercial Servicesis looking for an individual to maintain local shopping centers and commercial properties. This job will include but is not limited to installing masonry, asphalt repairs, sign repairs, painting, carpentry, repairing potholes, saw cutting, etc. We are looking for an individual who is willing to become a jack of all trades and learn many skills.

Requirements:

Must live within 30 minutes of our Franklinville, NJ office.

Capable of working in all weather conditions.

Experience in commercial carpentry/handyman area.

Be ok with heights and ladders

Good communication skills and ability to think outside the box

Valid driver’s license required-No CDL required.

No alcohol related convictions within 3 years.

Ability to pass drug test.

Ability to lift 50+/- lbs. on frequent basis.

Ability to stand, squat, sit, walk, kneel, bend over and drive interchangeably for long periods of time.
