ESTATE SALE helper

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estate Sale Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for organization, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and staging of estate sale merchandise, including furniture, decor, and collectibles.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance, answering questions, and facilitating sales transactions.

Maintain a clean and organized sales environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and priced.

Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a positive experience for both clients and customers.

Contribute to post-sale cleanup and reconciliation efforts, including packing and storing unsold items.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or estate sales preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact courteously and effectively with diverse clientele.

Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods during sales events.

Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed.

Passion for antiques, vintage items, and home decor a plus.
