Hayes Manor is a small non-profit retirement residence seeking a compassionate candidate to engage seniors in activities. You will be responsible for planning and leading programs that bring purpose and meaning to the lives of residents.

Job Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Valid PA driver's license
-Previous healthcare experience preferred
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to interpret instructions (written and verbal)
-Strong customer service skills
-Capable of working independently or as a team
-Computer literate
-Creative thinking and positive attitude
Responsibilities and Expectations:
-Plan and run resident activities
-Create diverse programs to meet resident needs
-Perform timely documentation
-Safely transport residents and guests to programs
-Encourage residents to participate in scheduled events
-Arrange physical environment in preparation for activities to ensure resident and guest safety
-Create a welcoming and festive environment for residents and guests
-Promote and support culture of patient centered care and service
