Shop Receptionist/Office Manager

Must speak both Spanish and English well. Responsibilities include taking orders, generating sales orders and invoices for a plastic fabrication shop. Weekly and monthly receivable reports are generated through QuickBooks. Knowledge of Microsoft office is preferred.
