Maintenance Make Ready Technician

We are seeking a maintenance technician with electrical, carpentry, paint, tape & bed skills. Plumbing and HVAC skills are a plus. Bilingual preferred but not required. Pay is weekly and based on experience.

Must have reliable transportation and tools for immediate start.

We are a boutique real estate company located in the Lakewood Old East Dallas neighborhood near downtown Dallas and Baylor Hospital who manage apartment complexes, rental houses and commercial buildings.
