Unleash your potential and join BrightPath!What will you be doing?As an Assistant Director, you will work with the Center Director, teachers, and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include: Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years. Ensuring that all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom. Assisting the Center Director with adherence to child care licensing requirements as well as internal policies of the company. Handling administrative duties within the center office. Substituting as Center Director in the event of their absence.
