We are seeking moms who would like to become Cookie Consultants and help our business GROW!

Our company is The Lactation Cookie Station and you can view our website online to learn more about our goals and why we exist.

Lactation Cookies are cookies with oatmeal and other natural ingredients to help moms produce breastmilk. We help support new moms on their journey to feeding their babies. Some moms have goals to nurse or pump, regardless of their plans we seek to reach those who are looking to join a supportive mother, mama, mom community.

We are conservative and believe every baby is a gift from God. We seek Cookie Consultants who align with our values and mission to serve moms who want their babies to have breastmilk as a primary food source.

What is a Cookie Consultant?

A sub-contractor who uses their connections or passion to build relationships in the community to grow and develop their clients.

You will not have a region to sell to, but you get a unique sales code that gives your customers 10% off any order, anytime.

You get 20% commission on every sales with your code.

You use social media to connect with new moms/new clients. Your clients can be baby shower guests too! Anyone who is wanting to purchase freshly baked lactation cookies for their daughter, cousin,. friend, co-worker etc.

If you earn more than $600 in the year, you receive a 1099 for taxes and are responsible for saving your taxes to pay, depending on what you are told when you file. We do not withdraw taxes from you.

You will have a working agreement but will not be under contract to make a certain number of sales, although we will help you set goals so you can also earn the commission you want to!

You will join a PRIVATE, invitation only Facebook Group once you have been interviewed and reviewed and completed your application and agreement paperwork.

Required to like, comment, share and promote all of the company's posts on FB, TikTok, Instagram - whichever platforms you use.

Required to add new customers to the Facebook groups and (after learning all of the information) share with them what our company is doing.

Consultant position is a remote opportunity, and perfect for stay at home moms!

There is no requirement for you on follower count this could be how you grow your account. We will teach you strategies on how to grow, regardless of your following.

A training program will be designed to keep Consultants up to date with company growth and advances.

There is room to grow in this opportunity because if we see someone has potential we are able to give them more abilities and move them to a higher commission or paid position, whichever comes first.

Commissions:

- To give you an idea, our cookies sell for $3/each in bulk - set of 4 samples, 10 box, 20 box, and monthly subscriptions.

- So on a $60 sale you earn $12 as long as the customer uses your unique code.

- We aim to push subscriptions for the moms who want cookies regularly without the hassle of ordering again and again. So if you are able to find customers who subscribe you can see the commission will be a great value!

- Commission payout is paid monthly by PayPal for the sales of the month prior.

Company Goals -

- We want to gain 1,000 customers by the end of 2024.

- We just launched so the Cookie Consultants will be the face and referral to the brand.

- There will eventually be a training program for Cookie Consultants.

- We aim to offer cookie registries to moms who would like to utilize the baby shower opportunity to raise funds towards cookie orders for their breastfeeding and pumping journey.
