Commercial Project Manager

-Custom Architectural Woodwork & Commercial Cabinetry Company is looking for an experienced project manager with multiple years of experience.

-The Project Manager to have experience completing Ground Up New Construction of Commercial Projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule while maintaining the budget and managing vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel throughout the project.

-Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time and within budget.

-Reviews project proposals and plans to determine schedule, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and resources to various phases of project.

-Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and related vendors.

-Completes materials “take-offs”, establishes cost estimates, develops and tracks material procurement schedule.

-Confers with project superintendents to outline work,, assign duties & responsibilities; coordinates activities with project staff to ensure project progress within prescribed budget.

-Organize, plan, and manage multiple projects.
