I need labors to help. Must have transportation to work each day. You must be a sober person or responsible. You cannot work under the influence or hung over. I won’t allow it. You need integrity. We can work with the right people on time flexibility as far a schedule. To a reasonable level. You will be masking windows, floors and or cabinets. You will be paid based on ability to learn and to move quickly. Experience I can teach. Speed and efficiency are the only non negotiable with this position. You will be expected to work at an industry standard pace. You will need to bring lunch or drinks for yourself each day. We do not provide those. It’s an easy no stress or thought involved job. I will teach you how to do the rest of the trade as you show initiative to learn. You will need to be youthful in mind and body as you will be required to climb ladders as tall as 35 feet for 6-8 hours a day 50% of your day. Your work REQUIRES you to be able to work on ladders. It is a requirement that’s non negotiable. Experienced painters can apply but nobody is starting above $15 an hour. You’ll work for two weeks minimum then we can talk about raises.No I don’t wanr to incorporate you into my business as an owner or whatever Kingman scheme is cooking up.
