The Bookkeeper/Assistant to the owner, will need to handle all facets of bookkeeping and Quick Books… administrative tasks basically. Assistant is crucial to gain all required information, as is timeliness when completing the month-end close. Success in this role will show through meeting deadlines, paying attention to details, being well-organized and proactive, and willing to work with the team. Candidates must reside in the Monterey Bay or surrounding areas and must be a legally authorized to work in the United States.

Works and proficient in Quick Books and works independently.
Prioritize tasks and responsibilities according to business needs.
