Project Manager

Our Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through completion for a windows and siding company.

Over the course of a project, the Project Manager will need to communicate with team and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important responsibilities for a Project Manager include:

Oversees the daily operations of service and install district.

Supervises approximately 3 installation teams.

Work with the Operations staff to help coordinate scheduling

Installation site visits to ensure quality, safety, customer satisfaction and job completion.

Hours: M-F, 7a-4p w/flexibility (may need to work an occasional Saturday)

Requirements:

Time management, leadership, and organizational skills

Previous experience in installations, general construction, or foreman leadership with windows and siding

Ability to measure is a plus

Ability to understand and interpret market dynamics

Ability to travel up to 2 hour radius as needed (gas card, truck, and insurance provided)

The ideal candidate will be based in Summit County where most of workload will be (Breckenridge, Keystone, Silverthorn, or Frisco)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in Hiring & Training

Review timesheets

Review job duties

Manage the installation team

Maintain 100% customer satisfaction

Visit jobs sites to enforce policy and job satisfaction

Planning/Schedule all installations

Review contracts with the Sale team prior to ordering

Complete permits if required

Connections in industry with builders associates, etc a plus to generate additional business (not required)
