Description Our client is seeking to permanent a Leave and Benefits Coordinator who will be responsible for the administration of employee leave of absences (LOAs) and benefits eligibility management. This role requires a candidate who can attentively care and precisely communicate with employees on leave, ensuring that their rights and interests are well guarded. Ideally seeking someone who would be interested in converting to a permanent employee! Responsibilities include:

Managing all administrative processes related to LOAs, including maternity, disability, and medical leaves, in accordance with company policies and federal/state laws. 2. Coordinating with HR and management to ascertain smooth transitioning of employees going on, or returning from, leave. 3. Entering, monitoring, and reporting on all LOA and benefits-related information in the HRIS. 4. Informing employees about their LOA rights, responsibilities, and benefits, and acting as the main point of contact for all LOA-related queries. 5. Monitoring changes in benefits status of employees during, or at the end of, their LOA, and ensuring appropriate measures are taken. 6. Managing benefits enrollment for newly eligible employees and those with status change. 7. Collaborating with third-party vendors for benefits administration, as necessary. 8. Keeping abreast with the latest LOA, benefits, and other HR laws or policies. Requirements Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of three years’ experience in HR administration with a focus on LOA and benefits management. 3. Proficient knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations, especially LOA and benefits. 4. Proficiency in HRIS, preferably have hands-on experience. 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Extraordinary attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 7. Capable of handling confidential information discreetly and ethically. 8. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. 9. Must work well within a team and independently.
