Accounting Clerk

Description Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Pricing Administrator for a contract/contract-to-permanent position located in the Galleria area. This role functions within an active pricing department where the focus is on maintaining and managing the accuracy of promotion-based product pricing. The role extends beyond the usual accounting functions, requiring expertise in data entry, analytical abilities, customer interaction, and cross-checking of pricing information. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy of backend pricing information across 3,500 active cruises on the company's website.

Manage and maintain dynamic price accuracy and deal with website error queues effectively.

Analyze pricing data line-by-line, understanding the group's location and value-added aspects, adjusting for changes in circumstances when required.

Engage with customers via phone calls to provide accurate information on pricing and address any related inquiries.

Regular data entry and update of pricing information in the company's database, ensuring meticulous accuracy.

Requirements - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

Spreadsheet and ERP system experience preferred

AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred

Excellent data entry skills

Proficiency in Special Pricing

Knowledge of Pricing Changes

Comprehensive knowledge of pricing
