Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant with expertise in logistics and experience in reviewing purchase orders within SAP or a similar ERP system. This role will support the sales team by managing purchase orders, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in SAP or related systems.

Review and process purchase orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and arrange shipments based on customer requirements.

Input purchase order data into SAP or other ERP systems accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor order status and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays.

Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to purchase orders.

Generate reports and provide insights on purchase order status and logistics performance.

Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment orders.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as customer-specific requirements.

Support other sales and logistics-related tasks as needed to meet departmental goals.

Requirements

roven experience in a sales support or logistics role, with a focus on reviewing purchase orders.

Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for order processing and tracking.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and order management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including shipping and transportation.

Familiarity with inventory management principles and practices is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred but not required.
