BAR MANAGER

Looking for the right person to lead our bar staff and become party of AURA's family. This is not a job for short term minded candidates. This is a commitment to a great opportunity with a company that treats its employees right. Bar Manager candidates must have at least 2 years management experience and 4-5 years bartending and serving experience. AURA is home to a sports grill restaurant, a concert venue (with 3 full bars) and a downstairs dance club. You'll be needed to manage these spaces. Experience in ordering product. Decent knowledge of beverages is preferred. Multi-tasking skills a must. Great communication skills. Hard work ethic. Schedule and manage the bar team. Work schedule can get hectic with late hours.
