Logistics and Moving Coordinator with Event Planning Team

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will organize, load and deliver event rental supplies to events throughout Maine.This position requires, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with others both in our organization and without. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds and be ready for a job that is physical. Come join us in helping bring gorgeous events to life all over Maine. We deliver most often Thursday and Friday and pick up on Mondays and occasional Sundays. Position begins in May and ends in October - even if you can't commit to all the months - please apply if interested.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee the movement of goods and materials from our warehouse to customers

- Manage inventory levels and ensure items are in good condition.

- Collaborate with our office based team , vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery

- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods

- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage orders
